Ingredients:
1 pound wheel of brie
1/2 cup cherry preserves ( I like Bonne Maman brand)
2 teaspoons fresh orange juice
1/4 cup pecans, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon small sage leaves, for garniah
crackers, bread, diced apples or pear, for serving
Directions:
Preheat the oven to bake at 375 F.
Place the wheel of Brie in the middle of an oven-safe pie plate or other baking dish that it fits in without touching the sides of the dish.
Place the cherry preserves in a small bowl and whisk in the two teaspoons of fresh orange juice. Spoon the cherry mixture over the top of the Brie. Sprinkle the pecans over the top of the jam.
Move the dish to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with the fresh sage leaves.
Serve with crackers, bread, apple or pear slices.
